  • Wrote the business analyst curriculum for a commercial training company consisting ofseven courses leading to a professional business analysis certificate and which is stilloffered. (2005 – 2019)
  • Developed and taught courses in the practice and process of being a Business Analystwhich has been presented to a wide variety of companies over the past several yearsincluding GSA, Liberty Mutual Insurance Co., FootStar, The Limited, and others. (1996– 2009)
  • Developed and taught a requirements gathering and development course using theUML diagramming techniques at EMC (Boston) and Synapse Corporation (Stanford,CT). (2001 – 2003)

  • Developed and taught courses in the process of developing and managing distributedsystems for a New York life insurance company. Taught over 400developers over aperiod of nine months. (1998 – 2000)
  • Developed and taught a two-week hands-on course in developing networks frommultiple vendor equipment. Course includes creating servers, configuring routers,building firewalls, and setting up an intranet. (1999)
  • Developed and taught courses in NFS and media servers for EMC in Boston. (1997)
  • Developed and taught a Client/Server course for Con Edison in New York, teaching 450developers over the course of eight months (1995 – 1996)
